Bruce is an experienced business strategist, serial entrepreneur, operational executive and leadership team builder. His interactions with executives and their teams is intentionally orchestrated to deliver positive impact – fast. For over 25 years, Bruce has built and led successful teams throughout the US, focusing on implementation, execution, measurable outcomes and an eye on rapid results.

Bruce inspires leaders to create deliberate impact through the decisions they make and the actions they take. His restructuring and turnaround expertise provides unique perspective when working with executives who face leading troubled organizations. With a background in angel investing, venture capital, private equity and investment banking, he has a deep understanding of what it takes for enterprise growth.

Brian has more than 30 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, author, professional speaker, leader, executive coach and leadership developer. His work with executives, teams and organizations both in the private and public sectors has given him the desire and skill to develop empowered executive and leadership teams.

Brian’s current and past clients include technology companies, associations, health services companies, hospitals, multinational corporations, national and local ministries and educational institutions.

Managing Director

Kevin is a proven business executive with over 20 years experience leading both mid-sized companies and as senior level management in large corporate environments.   He is a serial entrepreneur, and has started or purchased 7 different companies in that timespan.

He brings expertise in building or enhancing your go-to-market strategy, identifying blue ocean opportunities, and executing strategic initiatives to turn ideas into revenue and profits.

Kevin has a strong management accounting and systems background, and creates revenue models with measurable metrics to enable continuous improvement.  Kevin’s passion is in aligning your corporate vision with a growth strategy, enrolling your team in a shared vision, and engaging with them to create sustainable growth.
